Essential Coaching Skills
Increase your Team's Motivation, Engagement and Ownership
For all managers and leaders who are responsible for employee development, learning and knowing how to develop, organize, and improve employee's performances are very important. Think about when you have had a great manager. Think about when people say that they would really like to work for a specific person. This is almost always because the great manager blends a high level of competence and getting results with an ability and willingness to listen to and inspire team members.
WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM ADDRESS?
Great managers know when they need to step in themselves to instruct and direct – and when to use essential coaching techniques to “pull out” and leverage their team members’ own opinions, ownership and commitment in their day to day activities. Based on assumptions that all participants already have necessary basic people management and employee development knowledge, CONCHIUS ECS program mainly provides the essential coaching mindset, skills and tools for managers to have coaching conversations with their teams. It shows when these coaching skills are appropriate – or not - in daily work.
Program Format
CONCHIUS Essential Coaching Skills program is mainly in the form of highly practical 2-day workshop. In the workshop coaching mindset, approach and tools are practiced in a “safe” environment.
