This program is the second of the CONCHIUS Core Performance- Management-Cycle Modules. Aligning on expectations and setting goals are critical requirements for team members before moving into the “action” of execution and implementation. These skills are equally about managing your manager’s expectations as they are about communicating your own expectations and goals to your own teams.
WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM ADDRESS?
