Increasingly executives at all levels need to communicate with and influence international colleagues, departments, vendors, clients – in a way that both delivers results and develops long term collaborative relationships.
It is challenging because we are often communicating in a second language (often English) – across different individual and geographic cultures – and often online. We need to develop a collaborative influencing mindset, approach and style.

Key Learning Factors in this Session
• In the first half-day module we learn the mindset, approach and key tools for understanding our natural communication style and how to prepare for an international meeting. We learn that this preparation is as important as the actual meeting communication itself.
• In the second module we learn and practice communication techniques and processes to apply the framework developed in the first module. This includes interactive practice and role play.
• The program provides the mindset, framework and tools to develop a practical action plan to apply in the daily workplace.
